Passing Stillness

"In Williamsburg, Brooklyn, a quiet stillness is brought by winter, covering the city in a layer of solitude while life continues in the background. Through this project, the transformation of familiar spaces by snow is captured, with the city’s edges softened and moments for reflection created amid the subtle presence of people. Footprints, empty benches, and frozen paths are shown as symbols of both solitude and quiet activity, inviting the delicate balance between presence and absence to be embraced within the winter landscape."
